Speaking of the Orb of Might and the Token Equipper program, can we please get it fixed before people start making characters for Gencon?

Currently, the Main Hand orb gives a +2 bonus to strength and an additional +1 to hit / to damage that it shouldn't. The Ranged Offhand orb gives the correct +2 bonus to strength, but it improperly stacks with a Mainhand orb.

Updated to allow ranged / ranged offhand to be included in the set piece count.

Oh. Now I remember why I disabled ranged / ranged offhand from counting... to avoid duplicating the orb. Ugh. Hold off downloading 2012.8. I need to figure out a way to make this work properly.

2012.81 is now available. It prevents mainhand and ranged set pieces from stacking in the count but allows either location to complete a set.

Has the ear slot not been added to the Character Generator yet? I don't see it as an option on the drop down box. Also, Spectre's Spectacles were missing from the options for the eyes slot.

Not yet, but they're known issues.

I'm debating getting an iPad and using it to generate characters for folks for the coaches during my runs using this spreadsheet. Has anybody tried modifying this spreadsheet using an iPad? Has it worked? Issues seen? Resolved?

It's possible that something has come out since, but I know that the spreadsheet leverages features that were not supported by any of the iPad Excel clones the last time I checked. It's possible better clones are available now.

I just checked the online resource, but unfortunately,tapping on the token only shows you a close up. There doesn't seem to be a way to change which token is equipped. If it could be adjusted that way, it would be awesome.

Know what would be awesome?

Having an iPad or iPhone app which would let you take a PHOTO of your token loadout (the tokens which affect your party card at least) which had recognition software in it to identify the tokens on sight, a spreadsheet to total your current bonuses, and then provides a pop-up of what numbers to enter into your party card. Or better yet, inputs the info into the online generator so you can print your party card off the 'Net.

Just for the record my friend attempted to open this using Numbers on the iPad 2 and it basically threw up and said too many lookup tables =(
