TOPIC: Graphical Token Character Generator?

Would not let me equip a Dwarven Battle Axe (tokens shows 1H weapon) and Then equip a shield in the off hand.

Wow! The updates to the new online generator are amazing! It's fast and seems to be completely up to date! I'm sure a few minor things here & there but overall it's GREAT!

Really like the addition of the ear cuff and that it is faster but there is a BIG problem.

I re-did our Barbarian and saved her character. If I go back and try and change anything at all EVERYTHING gets stripped off of her.

did you try starting with a new character or did you re-do a previously created character?

i found that if i tried to re-do any previously created character (prior to the updates that were recently put in to the system) that this same thing would happen to me. BUT if i started with a brand new character, it would let me save it and then come back and change something without losing all of my previous work.

Can you give more details? I'm not able to replicate that issue.

Just tried it again at work. Same result with
Win 7, Latest Chrome, Brand new Paladin.
Same results with Fighter and Barb as well. If I go in and equip a shield first then go equip the +1 Dwarven Battle axe is un-equips the shield. So it thinks it is a 2H weapon.

Yep I get the same result. System seems to think it is 2 handed.

Old character but totally respec'd from scratch and then saved.

I will try making and saving a brand new character and try this again.

Update

Seems everything works out fine if I recreate from scratch. You cannot just respec and save a character it seems. Even the respec did not work out right as when I went back to the barbarian today the ear cuff was not on her but two charms of the urchin were. I had only placed one previously.

Is there a way to view friends' characters? A friend's character is in a party I am moderator of, and I can't seem to view it. (I don't have the char ID #)

Also, just started working on my elf Wizard. Both Robe of the Mage and Cloak of the Mage AC bonus did not show up in the Ranged AC slot. (character #3702).

You can only actively view a character if you created it. I specified "actively" because as a party admin, you can get additional information if you dig a bit.

On the party management screen, the only pieces of information you'll see are the ones displayed on the party card. If you print out the character's token mat, you can see what the character has equipped, but not in a format you can edit.
