When are we planning to meet about the next order to determine the PYP winner and logistics?<br /><br />Also, perhaps we should move the treasury discussion to a separate thread to make it easier to track the Guild order discussions.

I think we should collect the money before we do the PYP winner. I have only received money from Molda and Stormie. Please send your money today if you're in on that order. I prefer paypal to jtillots (at) cogbots (dot) com but if you need to send me a money order, just drop me a PM and I'll send you my address.

I'll pick up the other $5 for the TD shipping on this order. So, with Stormie's $5, we are set on that part.

I do like the idea of a permanent pool of tokens to be checked out at gencon and promptly returned for the next member's run. I think we should work toward that objective as well.<br />A couple of thoughts on that score: <br />I think that we need both a short term and long term approach to attract more participating members. Some will be more interested in the quicker gratification of having a group of tokens to trade for. While others will happily work for a collection of tokens for group use. <br />As we buy through the Guild we build up our personal stockpiles and have less and less need to use this feature. And that is all fine and good as it follows the realization that we Guild members, for the most part, will outgrow the Guild eventually. Leaving behind something to help new players is a good thing.<br /><br />I think it is time to start making decisions on some of these ideas.<br />First, we need to know who is actually going to participate. I think this is a cool idea and would love to be part of the group that hammers out the details. I've already committed a pack to the treasury and am considering committing a second. So, please add me to the list.
