I just received an e-mail from gen con saying
Movie Screenings

We’ve put together not one, but two, count them, two very special movie screenings for Gen Con Indy this year. On Saturday night starting at 8 pm there will be two back to back screenings of the new Dungeons & Dragons movie, Wrath of the Dragon God and then at 10 pm there will be a premiere screening of Gamers 2: Dorkness Rising by Dead Gentleman Productions.

DUDE THE NEW D&D MOVIE :smt038 AND THE NEW GAMERS MOVIE.
I know where I am going to be Saturday night. Thank God I got the day shift.

The new D&D movie??
A straight to DVD release?
The quality of the last D&D movie??

It seems like they have a captive audience at Gen Con. :smt117
I hope you survive.

Yeah, I'm not sure I want to spend valuable con hours watching a sequel to a crappy movie. I may pick up The Gamers on DVD though--people seem to really enjoy that.

Yeah, "straight to DVD" isnt a good sign on its own.
