What's everyone's plans for nights at GenCon? Partying? Drinking? Playing Games? Partying, drinking, AND playing games?

Could be looking for some pick up games at night. What does everyone play?

Working True Dungeon,
Have you heard of it? Its a great interactive game. You should try it some time. And they have this really great themed Tavern to hang out in. It should be very cool, and a lot of fun. Just don't have too much of the Elderling Everbubbling Brew, its got a bite that will get you later if you aren't careful.
(sorry I'm being silly, forgive me)

True Dungeon... True Dungeon... Hmmm, sounds vaguely familiar. Maybe I'll try that out. I'm sure I can just walk up to the event and purchases a ticket or two.

The evenings are the only time I have to be in the tavern with TD because I have a booth on the convention floor that demands my attention all day long. I will be there selling my book. I hope everyone will drop by and say hello and support a starving author. I will be in booth #1630. Wednesday I will be playing on one of the golden ticket runs, Thursday night on a Hard Core. Friday and Saturday I will be on a battle beneath and assault atop regular runs with my wife and a couple of friends from Florida. Time not in the dungeon will be in the tavern lending some local color and whatever help Jenn might need. Mostly I suppose we will be enjoying the atmosphere and swapping stories with other players. We will be marks in Raven's rogue game if that is coming off. Other than that we will be doing a bit of people watching, playing the tavern adventure, and whatever token trading is allowed. I had hoped to offer to outfit parties for a split of any loot they might find in the dungeon--just a little game I had concocted. Other than that--just relaxing and watching Mr Death return unfortunate adventurers--

In support of the TD community, I will buy one! See you at Indy.

I think I'm working day shift in the dungeon =P I have some parties to attend in the evenings of a couple nights, and a reuinion with a friend I havent' seen in years. If I actually still have free time I'm sure I'd be up for something.

Well... I'll be in the Tavern 90% of the time I'm at Gen Con - I'm hoping to see the exhibit hall for a bit, and maybe actually play in a game or two, but that's a rare possibility.

I most look forward to seeing the expressions on your faces when you see the tavern and everything else that the TD crew has worked on over the previous year.

Beyond that, I look forward to relaxing with my friends and just enjoying a vacation from my "real" job.

Several times we have tried to get enough critical mass to set up a RPGA event for TD volunteers, the problem has always been a split schedule.

Now with the tavern area, there might be an opportunity for some Munchkin, Fluxx, or some other such madness. I know I saw a few games spring up in the DM prep room at SoCal last year.

Anyone interested in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Magic, Star Wars, LOTR, Star Trek, Carcassonne, Axis and Allies or Wildlife?

Carcassonne is rather fun, as well as Axis and Allies...

Unfortunately, So Cal really showed me that I shouldn't plan on playing any games. If I'm free and one is about to start I may join in, but beyond that I couldn't really promise anything.
