For the record... <br /><br />Jeff finally made me his "Kick Ass Chili" that I've been hearing about for years.  I know he has endured ridicule from me and from Brian about the ingredients in this concoction so I have to admit that I was a bit scared to try this dish.<br /><br />I am humbled.  Truly.  Who knew that Spaghettios and beef could make a delicious chili??

We had chili fest here at the house last night.  50 gallons of chili, countless batches of corn bread, tequila, and live music...

I was thinking bathtub - the way all KICK ASS chili should be cooked!

Not feet, hopefully. (though I have had chicken and duck feet and thought it was pretty spiffy. I'm just not sure it wouldn't be freaky in chili.)

<br /><br />Nope, the base ingredients were done one batch at a time in 4 skillets.  Then for the final combine, we used lots and lots of those huge roasters.  <br /><br />Bath tub?  How would you get it hot?!?!
