Kick Ass Chili 13 years 6 days ago #1

For the record...

Jeff finally made me his "Kick Ass Chili" that I've been hearing about for years. I know he has endured ridicule from me and from Brian about the ingredients in this concoction so I have to admit that I was a bit scared to try this dish.

I am humbled. Truly. Who knew that Spaghettios and beef could make a delicious chili??

We had chili fest here at the house last night. 50 gallons of chili, countless batches of corn bread, tequila, and live music...

50 gallons? Did you cook it up in a still?

Perhaps it was the expectant cravings that altered your taste buds? BTW, can we get an update?

Not feet, hopefully. (though I have had chicken and duck feet and thought it was pretty spiffy. I'm just not sure it wouldn't be freaky in chili.)

Nope, the base ingredients were done one batch at a time in 4 skillets. Then for the final combine, we used lots and lots of those huge roasters.

Bath tub? How would you get it hot?!?!
