TOPIC: Little girls stuff. ..

Do any of y'all have a little girl? If so would you be interested in this?<br /> http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v194/Fae_Council/P1020797.jpg <br /><br />Despite the fact that I'm almost 30(come on those last few months!), my mom still buys me these things from the 99 cent store like I'm 7. There are hair scrunchies and tinkerbell pens and color pencils.<br />I have no room to begin with, let alone for such things. My Neice and Nephew are my age, and my great nephew is well a boy and interested in soccer.  My cousins kids are graduating and marrying. So there is no one in my family I can pawn these off on. Please, help me find a home for these girly little items.<br /><br />I have some mini shrek notebooks too if you'd like.  ;/

My daughter will be three this month, however, she already has two Grandmas (and parents) who buy her lots of stuff like that.<br /><br />  Thank you for offering them to others.

<br /><br />While the pens are cute and all, I will never use them, and I have absolutely no room for them! Not only that, those style of pens don't work for me. I stick with the  Pilot G-2 gel pen. It writes for me without cutting out. I'm a righty, but I don't pull my pen, I push my pen like lefties. My brother is a lefty who pushes so the family has had me try out pens to see if they would work or not for him in the past. Typical ball point pens do not like me.<br /><br />Please anyone, with a little girl or inner child going OOhhh, please feel free to claim these things. I have no room, and stuff is tumbling out of the closet when I try to stuff them up there.<br />Anyone? . . . Anyone? . . .

i use pencil only and actually i dislike using pen.  pencil writes so much easier and is easily erased.  so they too are sitting in my closet collecting dust.  but i like them none the less... actually I take that back I have the map pencils should i happen to need them in a math class or while sketching some kind of idea out on graph paper.  which neither has been the case yet this semester, but one may be soon i have a feeling, in which case I will use the map pencils!<br /><br />How I cam into possession of these items is quite a funny story... during christmas last year my sister wrapped all my presents with the sort of attachments as I called them.  Anywho it was like a present with an attachment should I open (Y/N)?  It might contain spyware, as the joke were.  Good times had by all

Yes I do my studying using pencil. Especially since I cannot underline in a straight line to save my life. And when quickly jotting down a note I often misspell it and need to correct it.<br /><br />So I keep good old #2's and Pilot G-2's in my desk drawer.

So any takers?<br />I've got wings(2 lavender dragonfly, 1 rainbow butterfly), and other hair clips, and scooby doo tins, shrek mini notebooks, and sparkly tinkerbell earrings.<br />As you saw from the one pic, some of this stuff has never been opened.<br />Anyone? . . . .Anyone?

Well, Kathy and I know a certain little princess (my best friend's daughter) who would love the hair ties.  She's growing up to be such a girly-girl, despite early indications of tomboy-ism.

After my maleficient wings, all others pale in comparison. I can post pics.<br /><br />I've got some decorative claw clips. They're too heavy to put in my hair, I get migraines and they slide out of my hair pulling on it. Um, yeah they'll never be worn. Can post pic.<br /><br />I've got some sewing books from my grandma, I've got an anatomy made easy book for drawing. The anatomy book is actually pretty good. It teaches you the general shapes first, circle, oval, etc, and then how to bring in the detail. It was helpful but its been about 5 years since I've done any drawing for enjoyment.<br />I've got some fiction books: Robert Jordans first two books in the wheel of time series. <br />I just couldn't get through the first book. And I even tried using the second book as incentive that I had paid for it. But to me, Robert Jordan was entirely too predictable, he spent so many chapters 'laying foundation' for something to happen that I was like, okay get it over with! He was very boring to me. But to be fair at least he didn't pull a Mercedes Lackey and feel the need to constantly point out how smart she thought she was. *rolls eyes* Yes, telling us once is enough, three times is overkill.<br /><br />Joann Bertin's Dragon and Pheonix, interesting multistoryline book, featuring dragons, half dragons, a pheonix and different ones scheming to try and rise to power. Good for one read for me.<br /><br />

I'm just hoping RJ dosen't die before finishing the last book. He's pretty much terminal as it is short of an act of God. He's said in the past that if he happened to die before finishing the series, his wife had orders to burn everything. Of course, I think he last said that before he knew he was diagnosed. If he follows through on that, I can very easily see rampaging former fans dessecrating his grave.<br /><br />On a sidenote, I've got a crapload of stuffed animals of various sorts that have been sitting in bags ever since I got them. I had a bit of an obsession with those frakking crane games at Dave and Busters when I was in Chicago. IF anyone is in the area and actually wants a garbage bag or two full of various stuffed animals, let me know.
