TOPIC: Hugo awards 2007 best novel

Is it sad when you actually care who won this years Hugo for best Novel?<br /><br />I am very happy because Verner Vinge's Rainbows end won.  It was not quite as good as "A fire upon the deep" but it still was (IMHO) the best SciFi novel in the last 5 years.  <br /><br />
