TOPIC: Home Sweet Home.......Finally

I'm FINALLY home. *contented sigh*<br /><br />I left for Indiana on August 7, got back to Austin late on the 21st, then left again on the 23rd. Mom and I got home yesterday from our Colorado trip. I had a great time, but it's so good to sleep in my own bed again. <br /><br />I haven't been on the internet since last Thursday, so I have a lot of forum reading to catch up on. Wow!  Even a fun, relaxing trip can make you miss your own bed and stuff.  Welcome home!<br />

I know I was glad to be home after my 2 weeks of trips, so I only phatom what it's like after being gone for a month.

So off topic How is flying guys. Cuz I have to get on a plane to go to Cancun and I'm kinda iffy lol

I get nervous re: flying just b/c I don't like turbulence, but intellectually I know there is really no problem - doesn't keep me from flying, I just take some anti-anxiety pills.<br />

I love flying. Unfortunately, my recent trips required driving due to the large quantity of "stuff" I had to take.  ;/

<br /><br />Don't worry so much about the techinical side of flying.  For decades, based upon their best calculations, areodynamic engineers stated that bumble bees couldn't possibily be able to fly at all.  Its a good thing that the bumble bees didn't know that.  Even though I'm totally affraid of heights, I love to fly and fly in anything, any chance I get.  From hang gliders to C-17s, its all great to me.  So instead of being overly concerned with the sicence and mechanics of flight, spend your time thinking about your destinations and what you want to do when you get there.  It can even be a lot safer to fly than to tell token traders its time for them to move so we can have a bar fight at their table!
