TOPIC: Green Griffin Bard's Guild

<br />I played a bard this year.  When I began singing "The Sound of Music,"  I was asked if I did Hip Hop.  I'm thinking it was a ploy for me to stop singing.  LOL!<br />

To all bards (here, there, and everywhere):<br /><br />I would be pleased to join a gaggle, nest, pod, raft, flock, bevy, wedge, scurry, trip, plague, covey, drove, romp, troop, litter, cackle, pack, string, passel, band, tribe, school, clutch, murder, herd, army, wake, brace, cete, swarm, or colony of Bards.  <br /><br />BUT I will not join a union or pay dues. My headband must suffice, because I will not wear a girly man hat with floofy feathers and act like those big brave fighters and barbarians who scream and cry like little children, cowering in the corner, when the shambling mound attacks, or who stand dumbstruck like statues when the medusa appears.  Don't you think statues look so ridiculous with drool frozen in granite cascading out of an open mouth that looks like Carlsbad caverns.<br /><br />By the way, Fritz, I would love to hear you sing "Sound of Music".  I have special words for that song.  I would share them with the gaggle, nest, pod, raft, flock, bevy, wedge, scurry, trip, plague, covey, drove, romp, troop, litter, cackle, pack, string, passel, band, tribe, school, clutch, murder, herd, army, wake, brace, cete, swarm, or colony of Bards.<br /><br />I will not join if Lionheart and Jammies and Fritz don't join.  If we're gonna do this we need some class, and they are class acts.<br /><br />Here we go:<br /><br />"Hang down ya head Jeff Martin<br />the Bards are gonna sing.<br />Hang down ya head Jeff Martin<br />The tavern's gonna get some bling."<br /><br /><br />Widseth

Yes haha a gaggle! Ok it has grown on me and you don't need spiffy hats or anything. We take you as you are lol.
