TOPIC: Perticular Pixie Problems

See give me a fine Belgian ale before all the Wine in France or all the Coffee in Columbia. I drink it for the love of the thing, the taste. To get drunk is to ruin your palate against such a fine brew. Just gotta know your limits. Now drinking some crap like Labatt's and who cares if ya get drunk, its all garbage anyway and guarantees you a hangover.

I enjoy a good cup of coffee. And being asthmatic coffee is my friend, its saved my life more than once.<br /><br />I have a physical aversion to alcohol, the smell or thought makes me queasy.<br />Growing up too many years of adult cough syrup. Same reason I don't do anything grape flavored, too much dymitap cough syrup. I'm very glad my bronchial asthma doesn't send me into coughing attacks as often as an adult. I'll avoid cough syrup if at all possible.<br /><br />So I'll leave the libations to those you who are inclined. And know that the tavern pixie will never steal your drink.  =D

In general I consider myself a social drinker. Meaning I will have one or two drinks in a year. Sometimes up to five, but in general I do not like the taste of alcohol. I certainly don't like getting drunk and absolutely hate the taste of beer. Any kind! So I totally understand your preferences Pixie. There are some alcohol's I like but I only drink them on rare occasions. Like ice wine (yes incredibly sweet and potent) but as a dessert wine I will only have a glass or two total. Of course now that I am pregnant I am on a self imposed alcohol ban and refuse to drink a drop of any of it.  <br /><br />Now coffee, that is another drink entirely....<br /><br />Lady Myke

Hey Lady Myke,<br /><br />I had posted a question to you in a comment on my blog. I know because of the fact you're expecting you won't be able to join us this year at Gencon. And that you were disappointed you weren't going to get to ink your name on the signup sheet. And I had asked if you'd like me to send one home to you via Raven delivery services. Speaking of which the corvid hasn't answered my query(at least not that I recall) if she'd be willing to ferry it across the border when she flies north.<br /><br />So would you like one for yourself after GC?
