Actually I was more than a few days behind where the DR wanted my knee to be...but today just pulled me up to PAR so I am feeling pretty good!<br /><br />YES yes - more tokens...can one ever have too many??<br /><br />

Gary -<br /><br />    All this happend while (because of) playing a game in the yard?  Wow!<br /><br />      Those pictures (the one especially) were nasty!  I, too, couldn't tell which was was up.  My last guess was that the foot end was up at the top of the picture (as I think you said your thigh was bruised more and the worst bruise seemed to be at the bottom of the picture).  I really noticed the swelling in that picture.  Wow!  <br /><br />    I'm glad you're making progress.  I sure hope everything pans out okay in the end.<br /><br />    Makes me wish I had taken better care of my body over the years, but who knew getting a driver's license meant the end of exercise (using a bicycle)?<br /><br /><br /><br />John

It was a company picnic volleyball game...was doing well, and maybe showing off a tad - but hey my game was on...<br /><br />Bad thing was - the game was on grass, and I think that was what might have given me the poor footing and dislocated the knee.  <br /><br />I've got a new shot...still thinking about posting it or not...<br /><br />Most of the first phase bruise is gone, I still have a bruised shin - and now behind my knee is VERY pretty.  I think it is still doing some bleeding...but I'm no expert.

Hey Gary, since you are recently incapacitated.  You should demand a complimentary token toter from Gencon.  Your very own "token patsy" carrying your several hundred pounds of tokens around the tavern and to your room :)

YUP - Drs orders - sets of 30 leg lifts as many in a day as possible...I did 13 yesterday - so far 6 today...must go do more....
