That's very impressive.  (wonders how long it took her to bake and decorate.)

I am guessing she is a reasonably talented pastry chef.  Rank amateurs like most of us would dare not try some of these semi advanced techniques of decorating.<br /><br />It looks like she knows her way around an airbrush.  What I am more curious about is whether this was done in whipped icing (my choice of topping) versus royal icing or fondit.  Cake decorating becomes less stressful with fondit or royal icing because it has the consistency of playdough.<br /><br />A very impressive final product this gal created!  If she did it all in her own kitchen in one day, she gets some homage from me.

Get in the kitchen and bake me some pie!
