Indeed sentimentality/familiarity with a song definitely affects rating with me. I could hear two seconds of a the snippet and instantly recognize a tune I like, and it quickly got the highest rating. <br /><br />I don't envy your task Stu. *little laugh* But hopefully we all are a little help, even if its just as data sources.  =D

Yep yep Microsoft Movie Maker is a decent enough editor.  Just a friendly note.  It crashes a lot.  So save often.  Especially in large projects.  Here's an example of a movie made through this.<br /><br /> http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=1184934466

Hey that's a good video. I was impressed at how 'simple' movie maker was. My only comment is to look at the "Brightness, Increase" effect. A few spots were dark. I had to do it twice to my little video and it made a world of difference.<br /><br />After seeing this vid, I'm hooked and look forward to making more! Thanks for sharing! Especially when there are faces I recognize!

Completed your survey, but then had to go and find some of the songs so I could listen to the entire track....
