I heard there were things like you had (or you could) ask a certain bartender for a certain drink, and he would give you a clue or token or something.

Sounded kewl, but didn't get the chance to try it.

Brian

ps - Jeff, you deserve all the credit you get!
LOL, Jeff calling you an "an amateur dorking around" is like calling... the Wright brother's amateur tinkerers... or Petyon Manning an amateur quarterback... or Gary Gygax an average gamer... True Adventures is definitely a leader by which others compare themselves.

My mindset and interest in this Guardian 6 is mostly for outside examples of mechanics. Others have undoubtedly looked at TD's gameplay and successes and borrowed ideas. It may be interesting to see what other's try...

I am also very curious in their staffing, checks and controls. It sounds like the game is spread everywhere, which would make quality control very difficult... unless it is more of a free flowing larp (but it doesn't sound so), more automated, or less time restricted. I have a bunch of specific questions, but I'll not inundate this thread with them.

Sorry - one of the biggest perks to TD in my opinion is the TEAM play and the fact that anyone on the team can come through with the answer to the problem...True Heros may have had some facet of that in combined combat...but I doubt any player vs player game will come close to capturing the TEAM fun TD has.

Agreed! So I gather you are going against other players (agents) then trying to be the first to solve various stages?
