Have no clue, except maybe it is people who have the basics of creating balloon shapes, like the thousands of tubular ballons it takes to make each wall, and can direct a smaller group of volunteers to build various sections of the event. I would guess the "artists" are the ones making the very complex character and prop shapes. All speculation, but I am pretty sure I would not want to do it... Dave

You should know better than to pick up a duck in a dungeon....
