Eww keep those foreign tokens from baby mouths.  Who knew where those tokens came from....

I had carried a token in the cup holder of my car for several months in case I stopped at a few places to check out jewelry findings.  On one occasion I placed a can of soda on top of the token and the sweat from the can soaked the token.  The token curled up like a Pringle chip it was so soggy.  I let it dry and it returned to a fairly flat shape but the wood grain of the token had "popped" as Gary described and it is now a bit rough to the touch.<br /><br />So I think they can survive quite a bit of abuse.<br /><br />Dave
