Hey Raven,

Any sign of the package yet? I sent it global priority end of last week, was hoping it'd be there by now. *half curious, half beginning to fret*

Yeah Raven, there should have been another package that you should have gotten by now too :D

Maybe its all that cold white stuff, it slows things down. Maybe???

With Global Priority you can't put delivery confirmation so you can't find out when something was delivered, unless the person tells you. Which can be a little nerve wracking with International Orders, cause I can't prove delivery, only that it was shipped.
Hope your package moves swiftly and true through the Canadian Postal System bro. :)

Our postal system up here is actually really good I used to work in shipping. The problem is customs and getting things across the border. The worse offender for shipping things from the states up to Canada was UPS. Apparently they are excellent down there but in Canada they suck. I could tell you many horror stories of how they screwed up our orders ie. sent to the wrong address, rerouted through how cities before getting to Edmonton, lost or misplaced packages UGH! If its through Canada Post it'll get to Raven in all due time. Unfortunately as I said it'll be customs that will slow things down so don't fret. If you can, always get the tracking number and keep it handy if you need to track things internationally. That was our ony consolation when things got sent to Michigan we were able to track it there and then complain. Hah. Maybe that's why I decided to stay home and look after the kids. =D

IT'S HERE!

Thank you so much - the pouch is lovely!
I had been wondering, when you posted the "moon pouch" in What am I, whether I might be able to duplicate such a cool pattern. Now that I have seen it first hand, it looks uber-cool, and I'm going to have to beg permission to sew similar pouched for a few friends. The hidden pockets are so neat.

Thank you again, DD! I'm glad you liked the fabric I gave you, and have put it to such good use already.

- Raven

Lady Myke - I have the patterns DD sent you, too. (Since I'll see you tonight, I bet you'll get them before you even have a chance to read this post.)
