Congrats! You both did great.

I'm quite happy with the progress I made. It was no surprise that a week in San Diego didn't help at the end. I'm just happy I didn't gain weight while there. Eating was sporadic and not always healthy, so I had no idea how it was going to work out.

Dave, I don't know how you went on vacation and did not gain a pound. I plan on giving some back while at Gencon and then back at the gym when I get back.

I think a lot of us did exceptional on this round!

I did lose over 3 pounds altogether. When the next one rolls around I will be in again.

Going to do better, and skip those yummy donuts more often LOL

It wasn't easy. Most meals consisted of a chicken sandwich, a salad or a protein bar. Of course, the daily mocha frappucino offset all that effort. And then there was the one pizza night. Also missed a number of meals just sitting in panel rooms or waiting in line. It was all over the place, which is why the result made me happy.

When and how are the prizes given?

I'm out of town until 8/8. I am planning to ship them on 8/9, assuming everyone confirms their final weigh in this week.

Any donated prizes will come from the donors, as they are not in my possession.

My final weight was 219.6 lbs

Based on my review, I see the following prizes

1. Accumulated cash. $200 from last one, $360 from this one, so $560 total I believe (someone please check my math)
2. Safehold IV under construction
3. Golden Fleece (from Wade)
4. Golden Fleece (from Phil)

Did I miss any?

My last weight was 275. Entered it into the spreadsheet.

Any more final weigh ins?

I'd love yo have a total gained or lost, even if it's only +/- ounces
