You should not take anything in Sedona seriously.

A upper middle class suburb near me had a Hooters open up like 10 or 15 years ago. Hooters had to negotiate with the city to get approval, and in the end, changed the shade of orange in their logo for that one location. None of the other issues usually related to a Hooters came up as concerns as far as the city was concerned.

Yes, as a McDonald's enthusiast I visited that one while touring the red rocks, and it is beautiful inside and out. Fries were also delicious as usual.

McDonald's is run by clowns literally. Don't ask for an Unsweet Tea and expect to get anything but Sweet Tea. CLOWNS! Syrup with your hotcakes? NAH FAM WE FORGOT IT! Oh you say we forgot it? that'll be 50 cents. Sorry we gotta charge you.

back in high school days, some friends and i went to a mcdonalds after an early padres game. when we entered, there were a bunch of people in line placing orders. there were also 4 old timers at the end of the line trying to decide (their words) and told us to go ahead. being busy with so many customers, some mistakes were made and not just with our orders.

long story short: the old timers were mrs kroc and her "people". they were observing and listening. the customer service at the same location a week later had changed like night and day.

since the "old timers" that built the empire have passed on, something has changed in the company, and not for the better.
