Hey, we're only two days away from the start of the weigh-in window. All I can say at this point is that my weigh-in will occur no later than the morning of June 14. That's my B-Day and given that I'll likely consume cake and other non-diet helpful food that day, I need to catch my weight beforehand.

Hope everyone had a productive and healthy two months toward achieving their goal.

Alright, I had a really good weigh-in this morning, so since we're in the final weigh-in window, I'm going to call it. Hope I don't gain anything over the next couple of days, but after shedding another 1+ pound the past two days, I'm not likely see any more drop for at least a few more days. My pattern for the entire year so far has been 'bounce around for 5-7 days, drop 1-2 pounds over a two day period, and then back to bouncing'. I just had that two day drop.

Anyway, I said I'd be very happy if I could get down to 200, so I'm beyond happy to say I weighed in this morning at 194.0. That's a 12.4 lb drop from 4/25 or 6.01%. Here's hoping the rest of you did as well, or better. See you all soon.
