I would like to go back in time and enter the previous contest - I am down 18 pounds since 6/23.

My time machine being broken, I will enter this round.

Starting weight 8/12 219 pounds.

My plan is to stick to 1,200 calories a day, and only eat later in the day. Good luck all!

It is a method listed to lose 20 lbs of fat in 30 days with only 4 hours in the gym

Essentially it is
1. No white carbs (except cauliflower)
2.Eat the same things over and over again
3. Don't drink calories
4. Don't eat fruit
5. Take one day off per week (literally eat and drink whatever, but you have to do some VERY light exercise on this day)

Happy to go into more details.

Also, to anyone not certain,remember your weight does NOT have to be publicized.

My wife hasn't over 50 pounds on Noom and kept it off for over a year!

I've tried and it didn't work for me (I can't control my elephant) but that doesn't mean it never will.

I know a lot of people who've had success with intermittent fasting. Good luck!

To be clear, I am in and will send payment.

My wife has lost over 40 pounds in the past year with Noom. It's worked well for her. I'm not doing Noom, but I get the side effects, plus I am exercising regularly again.
