The bit Hayward shows in "On a Very Special Episode..." looks to me like it matches Wanda's version just super edited. The only thing that differs is Hayward tells them the body is stolen, but there isn't any video of her doing so presumably because of a loss of video feed.

That was my thought, too--that Hayward was using the Wanda excuse more broadly, even outside of the Westview incident, and that the revival project was 'unofficial.'

The person that Paul Bettany is alluding to not having worked with before is himself. He will be playing 2 different characters, Magic Vision and White Vision. The voice might be Spaders along with some of the digital imprint, meaning we get a mini-Ultron as a villain, perhaps under the control of Haywood. Wanda will be the hero ultimately by merging them both, Magic & White, saving the world and in the process, having another breakdown, possibly over the perceived loss of her children, who Agatha may actually save and secret them away to adoptive parents. And Wanda's use of magic will have ramifications of shattering the multiversal barriers leading into the next Spider-Man movie and culminating in Dr. Strange movie. And since the prevailing rumor is everyone that came back from the SNAP is slightly different, meaning they have the potential to become more gifted given the right exposure, hence Monica becoming Photon (as per her comics character), the resolution of the Westview Hex will see the energy travel the entire world, thus setting the stage for the spontaneous creation of MCU Mutants. This will be the back door entry for X-Men. But like the rest of us I will have to wait until next week to see the end. Who would have ever thought that Disney+ would make must watch TV and water cooler talk via this forum. It's like it's 1990 again, watching a strange quirky show and trying to figure out Who Killed Laura Palmer.

Not sure I support the Ultron theory. Ultron built Vision, but didn’t get to transfer his “consciousness” into him. It was more like the mind stone animated JARVIS’ consciousness.

But I could be wrong.

I see the final battle being Magic Vision vs White Vision and Wanda vs Agatha. Possible addition - Arcana Jones?

How about a mid-credits appearance by Dr. Strange offering to tutor/train Wanda, giving us the connection to Dr. Strange 2?

I hope it's this (or something similar), and not that she's the villain.

BTW--I've been really impressed with Elizabeth Olsen's acting throughout this series. I can't say that was the case in the movies--especially the earlier ones--but she has been great here. Would love to see her team up with Dr. Strange.

so i feel its gonna be agatha, wanda and monica agaisnt a revealed big bad thats been manipulating everything from the start. someone like nightmare which would tie into the next dr. strange movie.

i also believe that wanda is going to put magic vision and real vision together and make vision whole once more

Wanda is a tragic yet sympathetic character. I hope she gets some measure of justice in people realizing she's trying to process her grief rather than just labeling her as the villain.

The white version of Vision is Spectral Vision. In the comics he traditionally has no memories and is kind of a blank slate. We will have to see if Hayward is controlling him directly, and if Hayward is more than he seems.

Right now it's hard to tell what Agatha's motivation is. Does she want to take Wanda's power somehow? Or is she Scarlet Witch! So cool! Let's be buddies! I will train you in real witchery!... I don't think Agatha noticed Billy's power yet.

Bettany finally revealed who the surprise guest star was.
