The theory that I've read that seems likely is that Mephisto is Agnes's unseen husband Dave, and Agnes is Agatha Harkness. They manipulated Wanda to make this alternate reality, but her powers were stronger than they anticipated and they got trapped too. There's not a lot to support it other than a throwaway line from Agnes responding to "the devil is in the details" with "that's not the only place he is", and the fact that he's a character who hasn't been seen yet.

Also, did anyone else catch that Monica flew through two walls and a fence on her way out of the sitcom when Wanda ejected her? Three barriers, then one last one to get back to reality...it was a fourth wall break.

Nor was it intended to. It was always billed as a miniseries or limited-run series. I believe Marvel higher-ups have said it's going to set up Phase 4 of the MCU, particularly Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Have you looked it up in the TDb ?

Perhaps not all her powers, but did you see how hard she knocked the guy down in the hospital? She wasn't even trying.

True, and she does seem OK after smashing through a couple of walls and a fence. And I wonder if her energy powers let her see the energy barrier around the town, nobody else seems to be able to see it when they're right up next to it. The guy in the sewer crawled right through it without seemingly realizing it. I wonder what happened to him after Wanda reversed time.

Agnes' unseen (so far) husband is named Ralph. One interesting note - Agnes says her and Ralph's anniversary is June 2. The Salem Witch Trials started June 2, 1692.

The interview for this week's podcast is with Elizabeth Olsen.

On the wall of characters Agent Woo and the others are using to identify people, Agnes is not matched with an ID/diver's license like everyone else. And Dottie (Emma Caulfield) isn't on the wall at all.

As a side note--I am really glad that this series feels like it's in the same world as the movies (i.e. the MCU). I know that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. was supposed to be in the same 'universe,' but it rarely felt that way. I know the practical reasons why (including the separation between the TV and movie divisions in that case), but I always felt that, although I generally enjoyed it, AoS was a missed opportunity.

Loving WandaVision...

Maybe the missing person from Witness Protection is Agnes or maybe Ralph?

Or maybe Vision? Could it be the Avengers brought his body back and keep it hidden in "Witness Protection"...maybe even they powered him up somehow? Probably just crazy talk.

Doubt it is Vision based on the limited description Jimmy gives. The fact Jimmy contacted known associates, relatives (Vision wouldn't have relatives), but more important known of them have heard of him. The fact that Jimmy flew out of Oakland though might be telling.

It is nice that the Disney+ shows are so tightly linked to the movies. Those later seasons of AoS were really great though, once it broke away from the movies it really found it's own voice.

Like many others, I always felt like Agents of SHIELD was a missed opportunity. I agree that once they broke from the movies the creative freedom was a positive. But it was a double-edged sword. They should have a found a way to balance creative freedom with an occasional arc that would tie them more closely to the MCU. At least something more than an occasional throwaway reference. Although, let's face it, the "blip" would have been difficult to deal with creatively.

Thankfully, I think WandaVision has started them down a good path.

Just for clarification it is Dottie not Doty. I think it was Dotty or Doty as well.
