TOPIC: RPEX Artifact Pin

RPEX Artifact pins were finally delivered so I thought I would share the one that Fiddy, Jpotter and myself designed as a tribute to Jeff and TD.

The blurriness is my fault not the card.

Awesome. I was just about to ask about those.

Any idea on what they're doing this CON-less season?

It seems like now they are waiting till next year. There a few other TD player and artifact owners but I don't know if they are related to TD though.

Neat. That's an area TD hasn't explored in tokens yet, a token that granted bonus XP for an adventure. I'd probably buy it.

We played at GameHole Con last year thanks to Raven. It was a lot of fun. I hope this means they will come back when in-person shows come back.

I know the plan for this year was Gary-Con, Gen Con and Game Hole Con (and Kobold Con??? maybe I think not certain).

I had fun. Not as good as TD, but I enjoyed it in addition to TD, prefer running a new RPEX dungeon vs running the same TD dungeon. Ideally I would play both. TD first RPEX next.

That's pretty awesome- I kinda wish I had gotten in on the artifact pins. I suppose a TE dragon and unicorn will suffice for now until I've gotten a real chance to play and see how I like it.

My understanding is that he will do artifact pins again at a latter point, though you will only get 1 instead of 3 of them. But who knows. They aren't soul bound or anything so you could get one from someone, though it wouldn't be one that you designed, but still. I have one (or will once we meet up to exchange) that Fiddy designed.

I am sure it has the potential to, but it could also always be reworked. I agree that TD shouldn’t do a token that messes with xp.

If TD ever did something rewards XP outside of normal run XP, I'd like to see it in the form of a quest. Like doing at least 1 run of all V-series dungeons and sending in 1 of each monster bit (or some other proof of completion), yields 1k xp and Dalin's Ring or something.

You do know about the transmute for V-series completion tokens right?
