I found something last night that you may find of use. Meijers Here in Indy are selling some of the smaller Spooky Town models. You might look at the stores near you, particularly after haloween to see if there's any thing you might want.

in regards to the spray on contact cement....Hardware stores

if you want something with a lighter adhesive, look for spray on rough..probably at a magic store

Thanks Black!

Yes, I have my Spooky Town store near me - Michales is the store name - they are also a decent craft store, but not quite the selection as Tall Mouse.

I've made my 2006 Spooky Town purchases for this year - I get things online...better discounts I think.

But thanks for the heads up!
G

Hey Dave,

I found that 3M Super 77 spray at an Office supply store for $18 a 24oz can.

It contains acetone so it is definately not styrofoam friendly...but perhaps it would work well on wood or plaster surfaces...hmmm I didn't buy any of it yet - I'm waiting until I have all the raw materials first and then see if regular ole Elmers works well enough!

G

Elmers makes a spray on adhesive...I found it on Pearl Art Supplies...(trylooking for spray on adhesives) It's rated for use on plastics...so it should work for styrofoam.

I've basically used watered down elmers glue...but if their spray on product has more punch it might be worth a try. I think for the next project I might get lucky and use tons of wood glue since the base this time will be wood and not plaster.

But thanks everyone for the good product REFs...I'm sure they will come in handy!
