Wish I could say I still was, but honestly I'm just done with Disney star-wars.

But they will never say it was thrash.

Im a little more interested now that I've heard
Warning: Spoiler! [ Click to expand ]
is going to be in it. But honestly still not much faith in JJ to deliver an ending. He's great at setups and mystery boxes, less good at pay offs.

Sorry I'm being a downer, I just really used to love starwars and the new movies have kinda killed something special for me. Still I hope they prove me wrong.

As if with Disney on his back
He can do anything cool,
Like let Ray turn to the Darkside
Or let Ben win a lightsaber fight.
Any spin at this point will not
Make much sense.
I guess they will now say she is a Skywalker,
After making it 100% clear she is nothing,
Just like with Snoke and Luke’s Old LightSaber. Just trash.

I thought the last movie was great. High hopes for this one as well. Will be refreshing to see something different then all this super hero/Marvel/DC junk they keep throwing at the screens.

Well whatever you may think of the the new trilogy, they're still better than Episodes 1-3.

I'm inclined to disagree, though it feels like I'm.arguing that a giant douche is better than a turd sandwich, or vice versa, a la south park.

Sorry, also gotta disagree. The prequel trilogy had its issues to but was still way better then the Disney. On the one hand you had Liam Nissan as Quigon, that in and of itself made the first movie for me. Duel of the fates is still hands down the best choreographed fight in all of starwars, to say nothing of the best scored. Plus Palpatine was awsome throughout. Sure they had massive problems too, but they tried something different with each of them and if nothing else you could say they felt fun.

The Disney movies on the other hand look great but feel corporate and sterile. Agree to disagree I guess.
