TOPIC: Mind if I share?

Actually, I think DD needs to charge for ALL postage and packaging.  Doesn't matter if it is in the US or not, those charges add up.

Part of the problem is the free cart system I have. But I agree a note for international orders to email so I can set up a custom order page with a more reasonable shipping would be wise, thank you.<br />Especially after what I had to pay this morning to ship the 3 handmuffs. $29.50. OUCH!<br /><br />Oh, mind if I share something from today's worked on projects.<br />This is a bag order for someone. And I am totally jazzed how it turned out. <br />Here's how I would do it.<br /><br />Put a note on your website that the shopping cart is for US orders only. International orders need to email you for a shipping quote. <br /><br />Once you get the email, estimate the shipping costs and send them a return email with the total. Ask them to reply if they still want the order.<br /><br />Send them an invoice thru Paypal, or another cash handling website. (Make sure you include the fees Paypal will charge you in with the quote for "shipping and handling", so you're not out that money either.)<br /><br />Just a suggestion.  =D
