TOPIC: Nothing to Prove - Geek Girls

Re: Nothing to Prove - Geek Girls 10 years 8 months ago #13

Come on, Star Destroyers and other Star Wars spacecraft are obviously the most advanced, look at the sheer amount of physics rules they break. It takes truly advanced technology for spacecraft to fly as if they were fighter planes and dirigibles.

Were female gamers really bashed that hard? I only knew two when I was in high school and they were pretty much just more people to play Magic and Warhammer with to me, I never noticed any worse smack talking than anybody else. But I am kind of socially oblivious.

everyone is forgetting

Spaceball 1 (we brake for nobody) would destroy everything..it was a ship and a robot(transformer, not gobots..they sucked)

it could transform in to mega maid, suck your air out of the ship, then break it in half with it's robot arms

I am referring to the 1980s..... the 90s got a bit better.

And although they never did it in the show, I am pretty sure you can transport a torpedo right onto the bridge.... goodbye Destroyer.

That's crazy talk, I'm quite certain that while the shields of an Imperial class Star Destroyer may allow asteroids, lasers, charged particle beams and enemy space craft through they would surely disallow a transporter beam to re-materialize.

One Whitestar against either of them. Heck, against BOTH of them. If Ivanova is captaining the thing they are both toast.

You can't fix stupid but you can TPK it.

Bah, I'll take the ND-001 over any of those.

You can take the ND-001, but you can't take the sky from me.
Or Brian. :P

I'll take the force with a toothpick and Raven's skill. No death star, star destroyer, or version of the Enterprise stands a chance.

Go back to writing your Twilight fanfics.

First up, the Enterprise, any of them over a star destroyer.

battle proof as follows.

both ships fire:
result
star destroyer damaged
Enterprise console blows up or a red shirt lost. no real damage

repeat battle until Star Destroyer destroyed.

secondly, we all lose cred for even knowing what twilight is.
