It's changed for me slightly recently.

For me this year it is:
a train to Brisbane
a flight to Sydney
a flight to Auckland
A flight to LA
a flight to Minneapolis
then a flight to Indy

coming back is slightly slower :)

how about you?

Two flights from LA to Indy. Hate flying, so I am glad I'm not in your shoes, Brad!

They say that the best weapon is the one you never have to use. I respectfully disagree. I prefer the weapon you only have to use once! Oh - and if you really need to think about whether you're going to use the fireball or the + umpty staff of butt-whooping - you're likely to find yourself full of arrows, or fangs, or nasty knives & swords and such. Don't think - just shoot!

Poor Brad -- I hope you like flying. What day do you leave to get to GENCON?

Mine is:

Get in car, drive 2 hours west to Indy!

I'm leaving early Friday about 5.30 am, but due to crossing back in time I will be in Indy by Saturday morning about 2 am, and then I shall sleep.

However this is fine, Gencon is a real destination event for me, it's a pilgrimage.

Whoa, Brad. I think I could walk there faster than you're getting here lol. David and I must live in the same area. It's about a 2 hour drive West for me.

Fly from Minneapolis to Indy.

Drive from Minneapolis to Madison to Indy.

Flying is out of the question in order to pack the board games, costumes, and Crimson Skies gear.

(If you're looking for something fun when you're not doing TD, grab tickets for Crimson Skies. It's a great out-of-print miniatures game of 1930s style arial dogfights. My fiance co-runs this every year.)
Blessings to you,
