TOPIC: Use for True Dungeon in "the off season"...

I was sitting at work the other day thinking it would make a great team building exercise for companies to send their employees.  I mean really ropes course or sneak up on a sleeping monster...trust people to catch you or trust them to heal you...obviously it would be much more fun and exciting than a normal team building exercise and still promote bonding...well except for the rogue and backstabbing is already a normal part of the work environment so they wouldn't be surprised by that or anything.  =D<br /><br />Jennifer

I think if we lived in a more urban area we could try to garner some team building business (even in this economy!).  I think we have a pretty good rep, and it does not hurt that Lori has a MS in Workforce Education!<br /><br />(BTW, I have a mighty AS in Business.  Think that would look good?  =D )

Jeff, I was at a local gaming con this weekend, wearing my True Realm t-shirt, and I was approached by someone who knew about TD, and wanted to know more about if it could be used for that exact purpose (team building exercises and such).  I spoke with him for a while, and made sure he knew about the TD website.

I've thought about TD as a team exercise where I work as well. If I have to do another scavenger hunt, I'm gonna lose it. I think it might just be the first team builder that would actually create an interest in trying it more than once, and with more than the bare minimum teamwork. It could even replace the obligatory sporting event outing. Might even get some of my colleagues to talk about something other than how the Steelers are doing/did/going to do for once. Could we maybe get Roethlisberger as an NPC?<br /><br />-J
