I like this version of Mark of the Tenets.

It is fairly redundant with the proposed Hat of Critical Thinking, however it may be ok due to different rarities and slots.

I think it looks fine. I think a mark would be a cool slot to unlock a sub class! I really liked your idea at the very beginning with an angel sub class, something similar could be added to the marks. Thematically a tattoo or mark makes sense to open a subclass.

I need your input on this token. I have decided to go ahead and include the power on the Mark of the Tenets.

BTW, the new Mark slot will have only one socket...so you'll have to pick between the Mark of the Tenets and the Mark of Enlightenment for each run.

The question is, how much do you value ignoring Sneak and Crit immunity and 100% vs Incorporeal?

To me, both of those abilities are something I to incorporate into every build I make, and I view each individually as dramatically more powerful than adding +hit or +damage in a build. For example, I'll frequently use an eye slot for Lenses of the Fae in place of +hit or +damage items if I can't fit in FoP Moon Dog in addition to my Skull of Cavadar.

I work Bead of Guided Strike into my Dwarf Fighter and Rogue builds to be sure I can sneak and crit, even if it costs me dropping a relic Bead. I think it's a reasonable considering to pick up Bracers of Guided Strike for an Io's Ranger.

My 2 cents is, this is powerful enough that you may have difficulty designing other Tattoos that would bump this out of builds - even the proposed Mark of Enlightenment wouldn't really compete for me in comparison and that would be a bummer since I hope to have mine as "Crafted By Endgame".

Also, how do you feel about this effect in higher difficulties? Since there are only 2 5 tattoo items, and the Mark of the Tenets will be more common, you will more frequently have characters that ignore Incorporeal and Crit immunity. Is that something you want to have to think about when setting up monsters?
