TOPIC: 2026 Transmuted Tokens

Firstly, can we get the previous Transmuted token thread locked to eliminate confusion.

Secondly Im going to just copy my post from the other thread since I accidentally posted there before I saw everything had changed. I really liked the previous cloak more since it was thematic and would always remind me of this season. I think with a few changes it would have been able to be sufficiently different from Pharcus to give some build room.

Thank you so much for the new heroism Ioun Stone!!! This will be a great token for newer players in a slot that won't affect their power much. I have been waiting for a new one so that I can build more loaners

On the legendary cloak, can we drop the retribution damage? It seems like an odd add-on. What if we did something more thematic. Add some Regen to it, 3hp per room or some kind of vampire power. There is already mist form in avoiding a ranged attack, maybe have it give the ability to do leaping attack once per room?

I'm personally happy the path went back to being soul forged, since it is a tattoo and all.

The greaves seem a little underwhelming to me for being a multi-year transmute. Can we make it 3 DR, I get that greaves are a defensive slot but it just lacks any flair. Do we have any idea what the Arcanum set bonus will be for 2-3 pieces since we have the ring out this year as well?

The ring also seems pretty iffy to me, I don't see myself actually wearing it with how competitive the slot is unless the set bonus is really good and I have the Earcuff of greater glory equipped. Its okay where it is, it doesn't have to be BiS with all the legendary rings in the slot but I was hoping for a little more with the longer transmute path it has.

I ask because a lot of the proposals I see for changes would bring Puzzle damage into the stuff prevented by the greaves, but I don't see people explicitly saying "These should protect against puzzle damage."

I would be fine with a simple +3 DR in Combat. I don't need it to work for edge cases like Push or Puzzle. But if I have a Rare Greave that already gives me 2 DR against a type, and multiple URs that give me 2 DR against several types, then an Arcanum Relic requiring all those URs would make sense for 3 DR of all types.
