Virtual participation tokens:

1. Mark of the Holy: +3 Damage vs. Undead
2. Mark of the Pentagram: +2 Spell Damage
3. Mark of Fire: -3 Fire Damage
4. Mark of the Gods: +1 Saves
5. Mark of Protection: +1 AC
6. Mark of Binding: No 50% Miss Against Incorporeal Creatures

In-Person participation tokens:

1. Charm of the Vampire: Your Melee & Ranged attacks deal +1 Holy damage
2. Charm of the Werewolf: Your Melee & Ranged attacks deal +1 Cold damage
3. Charm of the Mummy: Your Melee & Ranged attacks deal +1 Force damage
4. Charm of the Sea Creature: Your Melee & Ranged attacks deal +1 Shock damage
5. Charm of the Specter: Your Melee & Ranged attacks deal +1 Fire damage
6. Charm of the Ghoul: Your Melee & Ranged attacks deal +1 Slashing damage

Some UR Volunteer Token Ideas:

A +2 focus Bead, Ioun, or Charm (theme to taste)

Choremaster - Two handed melee Weapon - Usable by all except Monk and Ranger
Damage Wheel: 8, 8, 10, 10, 12, 13, 13, 16
Slide vs. AC-15 to hit undead

Maybe a continual light Ioun stone that negates magical and normal darkness +1 saves, +1AC, +1 sacred damage

Also it could be fun with an item like that to make some monsters avoid players with this Ioun stone and others targeting them as the beacon of light they are

An Ioun stone that gives +3 to hit with ranged weapons I would say +2 but that sounds more like a PYP level token

How about a token that allows you to reuse a C/U/R ammo/arrows without turning them in. This would help the supply of Enchanter's Munition since only 20 EM are generated in an 8-K order.
