I have a suggestion for next years design, perhaps while we're still in L&L design phase we start with a collaborative google doc with no token images and permit public comment access to the doc. That way it may save you time and effort not fiddling with the art direction and better segment comments on specific tokens. Additionally it allows the conversation to be more balanced focused in the first round or two of design.

During design revisions you can change public access to "Viewer" or disable it entirely so people can't interrupt you while you're working on revisions
