Charm of the Hedgehog: +3 retribution & your melee DR never negates last pt of dmg

why? because nothing is more disappointing for a retribution build than belatedly realizing you've equipped too *much* melee damage reduction so you take zero and have to tell the DM your retribution damage doesn't apply. Oh, the shame! But if we bring this snazzy purple hedgehog along... problem solved! You'll always take at least 1 damage per successful melee hit no matter how much DR you've crammed into your build. :) Utility isn't limited to full hedgehog parties; retribution dwarf or paladin in an otherwise traditional group will also appreciate this, particularly for extra DR that only applies via guard or after taunt.

OR combine both ideas!

(tokendb details the synergistic RD bonus, and explains that "curtail" means the wearer's melee damage reduction never reduces damage below 1 point per hit)

Goggles of the Cabal
Bonus Mystic Staff damage per # of these in the party. 1-2: +2, 3-4: +3, 5: +5.

Bowl of Duplicating (or somebody's Duplicating Bowl)
Duplicates a potion in hand. Must immediately drink from the bowl. 1/game. This basically allows someone to drink an unmodified potion, as a standard action, without turning it in.

Ioun Stone Fluorite Octahedron
+2 to hit and +2 damage with Mystic Staves.

I really like this idea. I'm not sure whether adding +3 Retribution damage as well might need toning down a little for an UR charm, but the suggestion of an ability which stops you fully preventing damage in a Retribution build is great.
I play Rogue. Occasionally I even play Rogue well.

Some more support for Mystic Staffs would be great, I'd like to see a whole set of tokens eventually coming together to make builds using them more viable for higher difficulties.

I don’t do retribution damage, but I would totally get this token just for the name (and hopefully hedgehog-related image).

Regarding TE slot expanders:

Encouraging build decisions is the *reason* that I'd like to see TE slot expanders.

At present, nearly all players want as many TEs as possible, as that provides the most treasure, which then results in the most options for later use (ability to transmute with dungeon-only tokens, etc.).
Most players I see tend to run with full TEs and then make decisions for their build based off of the slots that are left which leads to fewer decisions.
The TEs seem to limit decisions for what appears in a slot.

The Uber Avarice token would solve this, but it will be nearly impossible for all except for the wealthiest players to obtain.

The starting and mid-tier True Dungeon players will be left with the decision to get full treasure by filling up many slots (like many do) and having fewer slot decisions or get less treasure for a more unique build.

I have been getting incredible use out of Shirt of Shielding (2013) - especially for a 4* exalted from a decade ago. I've been swapping to it from the Arcanum shirt during certain runs because the RD of particular monsters would deal 45-60 damage to my monk or ranger in 3 rounds. My aim is to propose a token with the effect that's worthy of Ultra Rare and could be swapped in with the Ring Initiate power.

Ring Of Shielding: "Wearer is immune to Retribution Damage and Magic Missile spell" (finger slot)

This token pays homage to Brooch of Shielding the classic D&D magic item, or Robes of the Archmage (2008) if you prefer.

Since the theme for 2025 is Viking, how about a magic item from actual Viking lore: The Raven Banner.

Think MEC but for any class, buffing the party at cost (-HP? -Saves?) to the bearer.

*Lots* of magic items from Viking lore offer intriguing roleplaying opportunities/different play style/character tactics choices Personally, I think that if TD wants to increase sales/player fun it may wish to offer tokens giving such options to those who want them.

As I recall, it was a UR Charm that was in tokendb that was never been released. I just searched for it and it’s gone now.
