Note to anyone who did runs with me: I have come down with something that hit me like a truck. I tested negative for Covid but have quite a few 1st contacts that are testing positive. I’ll retest in a couple days as I suspect it is Covid (feels the same as when I caught it a year ago.). It might be wise to get tested if you have close contacts in higher risk groups.

Thanks for the heads up, Fred. Amanda is down with some kind of con crud too. Negative for Covid so far,bit will retest over the next couple of days.

Update - I just tested positive this afternoon.

my understanding, from what my doctor told me, i not likely to get covid.
