TOPIC: FULL!! - Tomb of Terror - Thursday, 4:37 PM EDT - TRANSMORPHED!!!

We were infinitely lucky with my quick trigger finger and got us a full run for ToT. Woo hoo!!!

That said, we are looking to add a few additional hardcore TD fans to our run. We are long- long-time players, but do not have a lot of special tokens or any Epic items. We will also be bringing two brand newbies, a wonderful couple (Lee/Kelly) who are both Wounded Warriors on their first ever TD run.

In honor of Lee's 50th Birthday, we have collected a set of the 2018 1st through 10th Charms of Transmorph and will be turning them in. So be prepared for whatever "Wicked and Wildness" that Jeff will throw at us. (I have already told him we are coming with them so they are not surprised.)

PLAN ON HARDCORE, but hope for Nightmare. Looks like Nightmare might be an option with the help of Fred and his EPIC sharing. Stay tuned.
We are hoping to run Nightmare, however with us outfitting four players, we are limited on tokens and don't want to kill off our newbies so they don't have a good time. Nightmare will only be run if we can outfit everyone well, else plan on Hardcore.

Looking for those who wish to join us who meet at least one of the following criteria:
1. Colorful character - love TD, want to play to have crazy encounters, like to dress or roleplay as you can be assured that we will be dressed up and interactive
2. Can help party with treasure enhancers - none of us have anything more exciting than a bead of bounty and a silver or platinum nugget - so if you can help the party out that would be great and adds so much excitement for everyone playing.
3. Add-ons - we have a couple of Harlaxs but no other party enhancers either that we help in that area either

I have myself plus 1-2 more players that are equipped for NM - we can help equip the rest of a group for NM as needed. We can provide TE's and synergy items as well.

I was hoping to do at least one costumed run. Since the transmorph charms do something specific (avoiding spoilers here), the costumes could revolve around that effect I'll see if I can get a Fedora in time

Quick update all. I got a bunch of messages last night and today. I am running the gauntlet to confirm and working down the listing. Keep everyone posted as we finalize slots via direct messages.

I'm a single player and have done about a half dozen TDs. I'd love to do this with an EXP group. I did a Golden Ticket run back in 2019 and have some pretty decent gear especially for Bard. If you need one more, please reach out.

I have an event ending between 450 and 5p. It is in Lucas so I should be able to make it before coaching is over. Plus side, I will be in a goofy costume fresh from playing Nascrag. Down side, I’d likely need to provide someone on the run with my digital character for coaching. I’ll PM you to see if it is worth the trouble for you.

Edit: I just noticed the requirements. We don't have any of the cool extras besides being fun people. Feel free to turn the slots to someone who dresses up or has hardcore gear if that's what you prefer. No harm. I've done a bunch of runs bu tthey are noobs.

Doesn't look like we will have any slots left. We are waiting on some funds transfers, but if someone drops will keep you in mind.

The tokens are a nice to have but the fun and excitement is always the most important for us.

So excited, our traveling adventure group is now full. We are hoping to run nightmare but with several newbies we will wait and see how items pan out so plan on Hardcore and hope for nightmare LOL

DON'T FORGET to leave a slot open for our "Charms of Transmorph" since we are playing a TRANSMORPH run. I am providing these for our run and yes that means I am turning in my lovely full set of 2018 Treasure Pull tokens to do this

Also, I know that Fred, Thom and Smak are long-term players and have sent they will be bringing some extras to help everyone especially us newer players who are soft and squishy.

Here is what I know of as of now:

Courtesy of Running with Smak the Barbarian: 11 each of TE's (treasure enhancers), CoAS (Charm of Awakened Synergy), HL (Harlax Lamp), and BoTLT (Bead of the Lucky Traveler). Smak also mentioned for the newbies that they have a bunch of loaners so arrive early to play with your build.

@Smak, does your mere presence still inspire 5th level character badness? I remember one run years ago where just your mere presence granted me 5th level. Is your aura still that inspiring???

Courtesy of Running with Fred the Bard (aka Blue Brothers this year): He will provide a list of loaner tokens (most importantly would be all the synergy items, the class legendaries, legendary weapons, and TEs to help fill in the holes.

Courtesy of the lucky Monk Thom: Extra sets of nuggets for others to use and Harlax Lamps as well so we will definitely not be lost in the dark LOL.
