Due to staffing and other issues, folks will NOT be able to order a level benefit swag item online -- and then pick it up immediately in-person at GHC. I apologize if you were planning on doing so, but to keep things running smoothly in the Transmute Room, this is necessary. We are working with our web-nerd to see if we can create a better in-person pick-up system, but right now it is very complicated. It is hoped the new system will be available at Gen Con next year.
