TOPIC: How are grind encounters classified?

GHC will be my first time trying a grind session and I'm wondering how tokens that are one use per combat (1/combat) will work. Is the entire session considered one long combat, so a 1/combat token can only be used once the entire session? Or is each encounter considered a separate combat that just comes right after the other, so a 1/combat token could be used multiple times during the session?

In the past, grind has had 4 "rooms". On 1 run.

1/room could trigger up to 4 times.

1/run is still once.
