Also, as an update: I spoke with the St Elmo's event coordinator and was told they have no private rooms Wednesday for 20-30, my original estimate. We just hit 30, so I reached out to see if that changed things (they have a few for over that). We currently have four separate reservations for 12, 10, 10, and 8, so worst case we all (currently) have space, best they can figure something out so we can either get a room together or at least be seated near each other.

Thanks for organizing, ralykam! Separate large tables sounds like a good solution if we can’t get a private room.

It was more that when they originally brought up the idea in the Gen Con section some of us committed interest. I tend to check forum less than discord so was a bit late getting in on this.

So we got word back from St Elmo's.

As mentioned before, we currently have four reservations for 8-12 people. This means we would all definitely have space, but the tables may not be near each other.

I was just informed that they have The Card Room available, which we've had before and looks a bit like this, but there are a few stipulations:

• we can have a maximum of 30 (which we're currently just at)
• we pick one set menu to rule them all that everyone must order from

So I wanted to poll the class. Would you rather have the full glory and autonomy of the St Elmo's menu or a room to ourselves that ensures we're all together.

So much depends on if we opt to private room. If so, I'm going to create a waitlist and add you as 31. If you'd like, I can PM your here or Discord to let you know.

Fair point. Done.

Also, just a note to anyone who signed up, even if you don't care about private vs. not or which menu we go with if we do private, knowing that is useful to make the decision. Though we will make a decision based on the responses in the next week I would love to have as many voices as we can.
