The Sword and Gloves have been tweaked! Thanks for your thoughts on these items. This is the FINAL BATTLE for the fate of all 2024 Transmuted tokens.

FYI -- Anyone with a Welfor's Legendary can make the Savage Legendary cheaper.

I know this is not an opportune time, but, what, if any, is the plan for other possible upgrades to Welfor's?
Paladins might be interested in holding theirs, for example.

Thank you again for all your hard work. If we're still changing gloves around I'd like to suggest:
UR:
Woozy Warrior's Gloves
+2 STR +2 DEX
Healing potions drank gain +2 healing

Gloves of the Tipsy Brawler
+4 STR +4 DEX
+4 Healing to potions
Gain the effects of Uncommon or lower potion 1/game without consuming it

Gregor's Gloves of the Drunken Master
+6 STR +6 DEX
Gain effects of rare or lower potion 1/game without consuming it
Double the healing from potions (maybe add the limit of the master drinking gloves, which is non-exalted potions)

Really disappointed with the Gloves going from dmg to hit rate and took away crit 19-20 on the gloves, then expanding crit on the Fighter Blade. Not sure I like it but I’ll trust you know what you’re doing.

Regarding Gregor's Gladiator Gloves, do weapons deal Force Damage in addition to whatever type of damage they were already dealing, or is all damage converted strictly to force damage?

I don't think I mentioned it, but you outdid yourself on the artwork on this set. Well done! The Tomb Treasure Chest looks so nice I'm tempted to transmute one to just keep and not turn in. :)

The Savage Sword really makes true the "fighter's get the best gear" notion:

15.625 average damage versus 12.83 on two handed Avernon's +5 Dealtcleaver
* Plus crit on 18+
* Plus substantial damage prevention

The only think I'll note here is that historically expanded crit range came with reduced to-hit and damage:

* Legendary Io's Ultra Keen Slayer Bow pays for it's 18+ crit range with a +4 to hit and a DEX restriction versus the typical +5 to hit for a Legendary

* Relic +2 Keen Slayer Bow pays for its 19+ crit range with +2 too hit and a DEX restriction versus the typical +3 to hit for a Relic

* Lots of UR expanded crit range weapons are +1 to hit instead of +2

Maybe:

a. Kilgore's to-hit modifier should be reduced to +4

b. Some restriction should be placed on it, like a minimum STR, AC, or DEX to use

If that happens, the Relic level should have similar changes.

Kilgor's 20 proc feels a bit off. Is the design direction on it to do have situational extra damage and have a healing type benefit? If so, you could leave the crit range and add heal for 5-10 when you crit. It would also be more fitting for the savage title than DR.

I'm not sure what "Any 20 slid means -10 melee damage taken per combat"

Does it mean if you slide a 20 you get an ongoing -10 DR from all Melee attacks for the rest of combat?

Or does it mean every time you slide a 20 you can negate up to 10 points of damage from melee attacks?

Jeff, how does Gregor's Gloves interact with a weapon (Sun Scimitar) that already changes the damage type? Force and Sacred?

Is the idea that Kilgore’s will be the highest damage 1H weapon? Will it exceed 2H damage? Or will the new Asher’s be the same damage like it is with welfor’s?

If this is supposed to be the super, top
End damage, maybe it doesn’t need abilities? If it’s only going to be average, maybe it needs a more coherent set of abilities?
