I think all the vol tokens are great honestly. They are definitely on the power of previous vol URs and I can see many people wanting them.
I will try one more time to bring up my volunteer relic idea though, because I personally like the system a lot and thinks it gives more design space.
Volunteer UR Relic Transmute System
I suggest changing the volunteer reward structure by dropping the volunteer rare entire and doing the following:
Full time gets you
1x Vol UR
1x PYP
Part time gets you:
1x PYP
3x Fulltime shifts gets you:
1x In Print Relic (That is not the Volunteer or other special Relic) or perhaps 1x Omni Cube
+ Now you have enough vol URs to make the relic!
Yes, I am back to wishing for the volunteer relic system to make a come back, it seems like a wonderful benefit.
This years items could very easily be:
Bead of the Stalwart - UR on Onyx Back
+2 STR +1 CON
Bead of the Deft - UR on Onyx Back

An added bonus of this system is it gives volunteers a very high incentive to keep coming back to volunteer multiple times, and should help with volunteer rewards depreciating as the year goes on as there are more desired tokens to collect. Could even be released in quarters or something similar
Addtionally, this clears up confusion within the UR power level, as now volunteer URs can just be normal UR power and be made into their current UR+/relic power level.
