Belt of Troll Strength: I understand that UR str belts are in a tight space between Belt of the Brave and the relic giant belt. I think this one will rarely be taken over BotB with the drawback. I have a proposal: "+5 to Strength and -5 resistance to Fire and Acid" (Allowing that resistance can go negative to deal extra damage)
Boots of Defiance: I like the concept, and +2 to hit keeps it relevant if the effect doesn't trigger. However, the token doesn't make clear that you can be healed back, per the FAQ. My shot at wordsmithing this is, "Upon taking fatal damage, allow 1 rd of offensive actions & can receive healing (1/game)"
Greaves of the Stalwart: Wow these are strong! These get me excited for the next Arcanum transmute, though.
Kilt of Divine Healing: I think this much more appealing in the legs slot!
Ring of the Ancients: I think the Dex bonus should be replaced with ranged hit bonus to work with the Mystic Staff in the set. Something like "+2 to hit with Ranged attacks & +3 to max HP"
Robe of the Ancients: I like as-is. Useful for Wizards and Monks.
Troll Shield: I thought it was fine at +3 Str given the class limitations, but this is fine. If there is still a concern that players will swap this out mid game, you could copy
Captain's Cup
and add "& must equip in the off-hand Melee slot for game"
Wings of Wrath: Really cool token! I wish it were also available to sword-and-board players, so maybe it could say "+3 damage if no melee off-hand
item weapon is used"
