Observations on URs:
+2 Savage Sword is a direct improvement on Axe of the Dwarvish Kings, and exceed the 2H +2 deathcleaver in raw damage. Are you planning on resetting the balance of 1H and 2H weapon damage going forward? If not, could this sword instead have a power like +2 hp on hit or some other power to reduce the damage wheel some to stay in line with other tokens? Or, perhaps, drop the damage wheel by 2 and add +2 damage while using a shield in melee offhand?

. Short version: Are app devs OK with making Dex an attribute that increases damage? Why not just set a Min Dex and adjust the damage wheel?
Belt of Troll Strength: Belt of the Brave generally has them beat, with the exception of Thrown weapons. Unfortunately, Belt of the Brave will be haunting token design for quite a while, so probably need to reconsider Str Belts in general. Lenses of the Fae have been a very popular reprint request - perhaps reprint it in this slot, or functionally reprint it with a new name?
Gloves of the Gladiator. Amulet of Aiming has the expanded crit range. May want to consider something different as an ancillary power, or just make these a reprint of Gauntlets of Linked Fury.
Kilt of Divine Healing: Much better that it's not in the gloves slot. At the end of the last thread there was a suggestion for putting split healing on a holy symbol (its been 12 years since we've had a UR Holy symbol). Not sure if you caught it or not.
Troll Shield: Any chance of swapping it from 3AC / 2 Str to 2 AC / 3str?
Wings of wrath: Instead of 1 / game, should this match charm of the Faerie:
May attack a Ranged-only monster with a melee attack (1/room). Also, since it only buffs 2H damage, should it be +5 damage?
