I'd love to see a rare neck slot item for Rogues which grants a second Sneak Attack in the same room once per game. It'd be a really exciting token for anyone to equip who doesn't own the class relic / legendary.

Other than that, a rare charm which grants +2 to hit with Ranged attacks would be nice, it'd make ranged builds a bit more accessible to anyone who doesn't have UR Dex/Hit-increasing tokens.

A bead which grants +4 to Reflex saves would complete the set of three.

Some Rare Ioun Stones which grant +3 to a single save type could also be interesting.

Lastly, I'm going to cross-post this with the UR thread, but it might be interesting to explore a Flank theme for Rogues. To make that happen, a Rare token (probably a charm) which allows the holder to use Flank once per room would be needed. This would effectively give a level 4 player access to Flank and give a level 5 player access to a second Flank per room, and open up design space in the 2023 and 2024 token sets for more tokens which grant simple bonuses while Flanking, e.g. DR or AC.

Barbarian's Spell Book (Thrown Ranged Weapon) -
Standard thrown weapon, deals double damage when barbarian is raging.

Robe of the Ritualist (Torso) -
Wearer may cast a non damaging, non healing spell once per room as a free action.

Dead Man's Chest (Consumable, not sure what form it should take)-
Allows a dead party member to assist with the rogue box, allowing both the treasure and the clue to be obtained.

We haven't had a set similar to the Wind Set in many years, so how about a Shark set.

Shark Skin Shirt: Grants the wearer Free Movement,
Shark Pore Earcuff: The wearer cannot be surprised.
Shark Tooth Charm: +2 to fortitude saves and immune to possession from evil outsiders.

Set bonus for wearing all 3: +2 to hit in melee and ignore all underwater hinderances.

We're missing a decent Legs slot Rare. There's Pants of the Oaf (UC) and Blighted Pants (C) which I put in my loaner builds. Any slightly better version of those as a Rare (+2 STR or +2 CON with no downsides perhaps) would be great!

Scroll of Synchronicity: Wizard Only, 1 pt damage to 1 monster, counts as a spell not a scroll.

500 gp Harmonic Charm: Grants +1 Psychic Power tier, duplicates allowed. Does not stack with teeth.

500 gp Relic Blade : 1d6 damage wheel, can be substituted for any rare or lower component in a transmute recipe.

Potion Polymorph Butterfly: Usable ON anyone willing BY druids or wizards. Target heals 10 HP and cannot attack for the remainder of the room. If target dies they are automatically resurrected in the next room at 1hp.

Looks like a way to gain psychic power tiers now that teeth aren't as readily available. It's a rare, so easy to get, but burns a charm slot instead of being slotless like the teeth. Putting 500GP on it gives it a use for people who aren't interested in psychic powers

I wish I could take credit for it. Someone brought it up in a discord chat long enough ago that I no longer remember who, and the idea lodged in my brain. My only contribution is double damage in rage, because they'd get pissed off at the lack of pictures and chuck it.

Yup basically this. Just a way to open up psychic power builds to rare only players in the "post tooth" era XD, a was said above the gp value was just to make them not useless to those not interested. Plus doing something like this with one of the gp slots wouldn't take away any existing design space from other rares.
