TOPIC: Patron Run Organizing

Just shot PM and thanks for organizing!

My son and I will join the 7:00 p.m. run as the Barbarian and Dwarf Fighter.

Hey Dave....I'm just gonna email you this hella mess of Skull Dungeon events and you can arrange those too, OK? Ha ha....I'm kidding (kinda).

This is kinda like scheduling for Gen Con vols, so it's good practice before I tackle that beast. The problem comes in when A says they want to play with B, but B doesn't list A. Then I'm not sure...maybe B doesn't WANT to play with A. It's a mess. But, right now I'm just working through one mess at a time, so that one is gonna wait for a few days. I need to get these volunteers scheduled!

I am flexible on time slot. Go ahead and throw me into the 7pm run as a Cleric.

On a serious note, I'm willing to help in any way I can. Recently retired and have plenty of time these days.

The first post should be up to date, but if anything is incorrect, just let me know.

At this point 31 people are targeting a specific run and another 12 are listed under open with their preferences.
It's a pretty good start.

Well looks like it might help to pick a time and start filling that run:

So I’ll go for 8 PM with Hallie and WM.

Looks like either Kaledor and his group or Panda+1 would fit but not both due to class selections.

PStyle as Druid and James as a Fighter type would fit too if either of you want to join that time slot.

really good organizing guys. 36 people are now slotted into a preference. 7 are still open. We're probably closing in about half the patron codes. Hopefully, a few more will see the thread and help keep things semi-orderly. Just keep in mind that you should probably have a back-up plan. If possible, it would be nice if your backup stayed away from the preference of others so we don't create a domino effect.

Slot me in somewhere. Barbarian or Dwarf Fighter. Not picky on slot, prefer Barbarian.

Fred K (Wizard/Elf Wizard) and OrionW (Druid) will likely try to get in to the 7 pm run.

Updated the sheet. Added Fred K and Orion W. Since Kevrick posted first and preferred Barbarian, I put him in the 7:12pm run and added Chris to the 8:00pm run.

A few suggestions.
Kaledor's group could still fit in that slot if they wish.
PanoramicPanda & friend right now overlap with both their classes. Unless someone wants to switch, they may want to start another group.
Pstyle and James can still pretty much pick what they want from what's left.

Unless there's a strong preference, new groups may want to start after 8pm. You may want to leave 7:48pm open as a backup to people in the first few runs if they get shut out for some reason. Just a thought. Again, everything in this list is not binding, we're just asking for some consideration to avoid mass mayhem and a lot of after the fact asking (begging) for people to switch.

Also, I'd be shocked if TD didn't leave a number of open slots to accommodate anyone who might get patron status between now and June. I'm certain they'll make sure anyone with a patron code will get slotted somewhere. In other words, no one should panic.
