You may leave your slider on the board to be counted again (unless you get bumped, of course).

1/combat, at the beginning of a round, you may place your slider anywhere on the board that is not a crit.

The belt and lenses seems quite strong, the hands seem mediocre (compare with Gloves of Weapon Finesse which is not in demand).

So the set pieces are slightly above average already when taken in aggregate, which makes me think the set bonus shouldn’t be crazy.

Analogy to Redoubt would be +2 DEX and +5 HP.

Other ideas:

May make a melee attack with ranged stats 1/game

Melee damage bonus uses DEX instead of STR (sort of an inversion of thrown weapons)

Split ranged attack damage among any number of targets 1/game (declare before slide)

Deduct up to 10 damage from ranged attack to increase ranged to hit for next attack (1/game)

-1 damage from melee attacks

-2 STR/+3 DEX

Evasion

+3 to Ranged AC

May make second ranged attack as a free action 1/game (must have used a standard action to make a ranged attack)

May turn in 5 identical uncommon ammo tokens at start to add damage bonus (only damage, no other effects) to ranged damage on party card (ammo must be compatible with your ranger weapon)

Monster’s next attack must be a ranged attack that includes you if your first attack this room is a ranged attack that hit the monster (1/game) (Declare before sliding, if monster is unable to comply, or there are conflicting effects that dictate monster action monster may take any action instead)

Several of these ideas are good (level, non-consumed ammo, see invisible, most of Matt’s).

I’d like to suggest holding off the AC/to-hit reduction.

2 Piece - +1 Ranged Damage
3 Piece - Ranged attacks crit on 19-20 or Ranged attacks deal 3x on nat 20

Or

2 Piece - +1 Ranged Damage
3 Piece - +3 Ranged Damage

Or

2 Piece - 3x damage on nat 20
3 Piece - 3x damage on 19-20

Things to boost the ranged damage as it's still moderately behind melee on the damage scale.

Posted over on the UR thread, but belongs here as well, I think.

What about :
-removing Bead of Guided Strike
-returning the +level bead now that the drawback is effective
-making the Deadshot bonus Guided Strike (seems like it fits the name) and DEX +1 (to make it strictly better than Guided Strike alone and help any odd DEX players balance out)?

A few suggestions would be:

You may reslide a Ranged attack (1/Game)

+2 DMG to Ranged attacks

Ignore the 50% miss chance when attacking Incorporeal enemies

Do not turn in an ammo token after using it (1/Room)
I play Rogue. Occasionally I even play Rogue well.

This is looking a bit far ahead, but maybe over the next couple years come out with something like a quiver and, uhhh, maybe a hood (or maybe a bow- perhaps even one that could upgrade into an relic)? Then have set bonuses follow along something like:

Might Deadshot Trio
When three items are equipped, the character gains +1 level.

Might Deadshot Quartet
When four items are equipped, in addition to the Trio bonus, the character’s melee ranged attacks do +2 Damage (for a total of +1 level and +2 Damage)

Might Deadshot Quintet
When five items are equipped, in addition to the Trio & Quartet bonuses, the character’s melee ranged attacks do +2 Damage (for a total of +1 level and +4 Damage)

Can a magic user (the monk / bard asks) help me, is ranged inclusive of spells or is it missile that is inclusive of spells?

Sounds like it is +1 level, Matt had a few good ideas. I would say “modifier token” to be inclusive of spell dust if ranged is inclusive of spells, not just “ammo” as our spellcasters can be deadshots also IMO. In some ways, mechanical lasers are like rays of fire, technomancy!

If we're going +1 level, great!

Please consider adjusting the individual tokens down a bit in power to be a little more in mine with the strength of the might set items.

Also, let's not forget that ranged now impacts spells as well.

Very much so! Compare this belt to the belt of Might for example.

Also, note that the new lenses stack with sniper specs via Cranston’s, giving a massive +6 hit and +2 damage. Not sure if this is intentional, or not.
