I am very excited about the collection this year and tryin to plan out my UR picks. I was wondering since the purchasing pre-order usually starts in October if it is known when the transmute recipes are coming out. Maybe I missed it in a post- if that is the case, thanks for pointing me to it.

They have not been announced or proposed yet.

The QTR specifically lists the recipes as placeholders.

My guess would be "Soon"

Pretty much has to be before preorders start. You need to know that URs will be needed for Legendaries.

Currently in discussion in the QTR beta thread. While they aren't finalized yet, they are very close.
